Refund and Return Policy Overview
At Gilded Grace Engraving, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. We put a lot of care and attention into each item we make.
Personalized Items
If you order a personalized item from us, we’re sorry but we can not offer a return. These items are made just for you, so they can’t be resold. We’ve put our hearts into making them, and we hope you’ll cherish them.
Non-Personalized Items
For any non-personalized items you buy from us, you can return them within 30 days if you’re not happy. Just email our customer service team at info@gildedgraceengraving.com, and they’ll help you out.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original condition when you send it back. And don’t forget to include your original proof of purchase. Once we get it, we’ll refund the full purchase price to the payment method you used.
No Refunds on Sale Items
Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds on any items that were already discounted or on sale. These are final sale only.
Exchanges and Gifts
If you need to exchange a Non-Personalized item or return a Non-Personalized gift, email info@gildedgraceengraving.com. Our team will work with you to exchange the item.
Shipping
We offer standard shipping on all orders within the continental US. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Returns
